Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
Simple tiny tree like note keeper with pure .txt files for every node as database solution. Can be minimized in system tray. Made in Lazarus. For linux & windows systems.
The interface is still a little raw, but Noteshell does show a lot of promise, mainly for the really interesting use of the system file system as flat text database.
It would be just perfect with Markdown or Pandoc support...
