I didn't see these at PFC database so I'm listing them here:

Lynx is a text-based web browser with full HTML4 support. It's handy for low-bandwidth situations and for testing website screen reader compatibility.

Apart from protocol support, Links looks very much superior to Lynx. Thanks for the breakdown.
