Having had mixed results with RapidEE, I bring a somewhat simpler alternative for the same effect. Since Path Editor is apparently included in the Liberkey Suite, its portability is almost guaranteed...

If you have ever had need to alter, manage, or otherwise interact with the System or User Path on your PC then you know how painful it is do with the built in tools. Path Editor is a small utility that makes path management very straightforward with it’s intuitive user interface and drag-and-drop simplicity. Path Editor can clean your path of missing and duplicate entries with a single click of the mouse.

Que?

Settings: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RedfernPlace\PathEditor

Btw, the download link is for a SetupPathEditor.msi file (extracted with Less MSIérables). Also, PathEditor requires admin rights and .net 2.0.

Clearly the developers at Liberkey Suite lack an understanding of what we would class as Portable. I always test and never presume, if past history is anything to go by.

Thanks for testing -- and highlighting another miss of mine. :?

Right! The (wrong) assumptions were entirely mine, send the blame this way... ;)

@Mod: So sorry; please move these remains away...

I did not test Liberkey's portablized version of Path Editor only the one offered by the developer as that's the one that was suggested/submitted by Midas.

Aren't you drawing (potentially) wrong conclusions about Liberkey, guinness?

If they cared then this wouldn't be included in their package.
