At the homepage of the maker there's a new release of MPUI http://mulder.dummwiedeutsch.de/home/?p ... ts#mplayer
Comes as an installer but can be extracted with Universal Extractor and used like always.
Maybe some of you know of the codec problem I had with MPUI and MPlayer (topic here). Well this build of MPlayer solved that. MPlayer for windows now uses pthreadGC2.dll for multithreading. I don't know why that solved my problem but it did.

No, this is NOT the homepage of the maker, the official homepage is mpui.sourceforge.com.
This is the personal web page of MuldeR. The REAL page is by Martin Fielder.
My bad. Since I was primarily focused on my personal codec-problem I missed that. I kept the copy of MPUI that I already had and only copied the mplayer/pthreadGC2.dll in the MPUI folder, which did the trick... So I didn't read on... My apologies for that.
Anyway, I read through most part of the forum and this post adressed my problem.
