Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
Winsonar 2007 XP is a program specifically designed for process monitoring and system protection from unknown processes. The basic idea is that if the user could know a new program silently installed into memory, he could take appropriate countermeasures.
Personally, I don't have much use for this type of software, but it may be useful to others...
