mukhi and magibon both reported issues with uTorrent. I couldn't replicate mukhi's problems, but I finally got to testing it and I agree. Writes settings locally, but also puts a lot of garbage to the registry that it obviously shouldn't.

If nobody objects, I'll switch it over to the PA version. WinPenPack doesn't have a uTorrent version to consider.
