Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Internet Video Converter is a portable Video Converter.

The website has two versions (of the newest release -1.40) available: one as an executable installer and another as a standalone "portable" version. The portable version does, in fact, not appear to write any registry settings or any files to the drive.

It is a seemingly good converter. The website is in both French and English, and has versions 1.30 and 1.40. Check it out at: http://www.ivcsoft.ca.cx

I couldn't get it to work.

I tried transcoding some XVID video files, but it keeps telling me the video format is incompatible. I have never had problems with other video transcoders listed in the database with regards to XVID video files, since it is a very common and popular format.
