Thanks for the suggestions, some I've tried and to be quite honest they fall slightly short of spurl. This is unfortunate, since I can no longer recommend spurl.net. It seems to be dead in the water.

Currently, I'm continuing to use spurl until such time as it completely ceases to work, after which time I shall move on to another provider. So far I like Simpy, if only because of its very powerful search capabilities, which allows for a lot of flexability on how you organize your bookmarks.
