Always Mouse Wheel

#1 Post by lautrepay »

Description: Always Mouse Wheel is a small portable Windows program this gives you the possibility when using the mouse wheel over any window (under the mouse pointer) to scrool via mouse wheel even if the window is not in the foreground e.g focussed. This is a system-wide function for all Windows x64 and x32 systems without DLL and as a portable tool.

This is great. I used another tool for this purpose but this one is really tiny.

Do you know if it supports starting in the system tray?

This program is very convenient! Was hoping the developer of Q-Dir would someday implement this into their program, and he's gone one better!

Works with any window and any programs. Fantasic! :D
