Duplicate Commander is an application that searches for duplicate files on NTFS drives. It can search by filename, file contents, etc - filtering by size, filetype, etc - and reports back with all the findings (including total disk usage).
Users can then choose what to do with them, including moving/copying reported files to other locations, or even automatically created hard links (in order to organize and conserve space). Any changes can be undone.
There is a full install version, as well as a claimed portable version. Currently at version 2.1, although 2.2 is supposedly just around the bend.

Nice UI and don't forget to mention it requires the .NET Framework 2.0
