Hi,
when i go to
http://www.portablefreeware.com , Firefox runs a script for about 4 minutes (on a Pentium M with 1,73 GHz). During that period it's unresponsive. After that Firebug tells me that more than 4,000 JavaScript errors occured.

I use Firefox all the time and have never seen that problem on this site.
Have you tried reinstalling FF, or trying the English version instead?

For now, I'll add the script to my Adblock filter list.

Hm, it seems the strict mode (enabled via about:config -> javascript.options.strict = true), or rather, the logging of the warnings causes the delay.
