CueMaster is the best freeware cue sheet creator. Creating a cue sheet for a CD has never been so easy. CueMaster can retrieve CD track info from the free online album database FreeDB, or recover cuepoints from the MP3 file itself.

Quoting the author:
"Installation is not necessary, just download, unzip and run! Choose your language to begin."

Haven't tested for stealth-ness, but looks quite good and is small!

Anyone want to give it a quick test?

Nice find.

Writes settings to CueMaster.ini file in the application folder.
