One of the better media players I ran across a couple of weeks ago on my search for a media organizer.
Its not that great as an organizer but its a decent little mp3 player and small enough for a USB device.

Image

"musikCube is a small, fast, and fully featured media management and playback system supporting Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
(ogg, mp3, flac, ape, cd audio, and plugins)."

MusikCube (JPE Launcher)
Download Windows installer

Extract with UniExtract and ditch the "$Plugins" folder.
Place the remaining folders and file in the ".\Data\MusikCube"
folder. Some files may already be present on your system such as the msvcp71 & msvcr71 dlls.
A quick system inventory can help reduce the pportable's size if need be.

( There are a couple of snazzy icons in the JPE folder if you want to spiff it up some with ResHack :) )

It should be noted that this was made with the JPE Quickie Project thus is very "App Specific"
(open the jauntePE ini file and see what I mean)
It redirects file and registry...but only the appdata folder and app specific reg entries.
Its not a genuine sandbox...if you play an infected mp3 file its not gonna sandbox any malwares.

HAHA I used it for about ten minutes, its not a very good organizer
its good for managing playlists more than anything.
I bet it would work nice with that M3UDropper.

I use Xion for music and MPC or VLC for Video.
I still havent found an organizer I am completely satisfied with.
Uberview is decent enough for now.
