Re: Keeping UniExtract up to date
I would class this as McAfee being overprotective
Re: Keeping UniExtract up to date
Me too, except the user comments. But I meant for lupo to sign up as the site owner and resubmit the site with the hopes that red will go away. yellow, is understandable because, as we all know some of our tool can be used maliciously; red is just silly and there's nothing (that I can find) wrong with lupo's site)
Re: Keeping UniExtract up to date
Thanks for the report, sometimes UPXed files are detected as malicious. Your help is very important to resolve all these false positives.
I'll fix these issues and report the website to McAfee website.. and I'll update also the Universal Extractor package soon.

Re: Keeping UniExtract up to date
Is there anything in Lupo's that is newer than the 1.6.1 Toby Posted? Or should I (for now) overwrite all of Lupos with this one?
Re: Keeping UniExtract up to date
You can safely overwrite, because Lupo's version only updates a few include files which have been updated in this release.
Re: Keeping UniExtract up to date
Good update! Yes, my unofficial release is no longer needed. Anyway I'll republish it if UniExtract will not be updated for minor exe updates.

@Lupo73
Yes, please do so. The official release haven't been updated as frequently as your unofficial one. Thus I have been using your version and updated it whenever you released a minor update. I appreciated a lot if I could use your frequent updates in the future.
BTW, thanks a lot for your efforts.
