So should we update the database entry to the "NF" fork, leaving a stub to the original version?

btw, speaking of KeyNote, the info for the listing states to download the zip file, but there is no zip file apart from the one containing the source code.

I vote YES, too.

New features worth mentioning:
  • Export options allow custom tokens, to match tree-node levels to headings (markdown etc.)
  • Prev/Next buttons can be restricted in scope (current note vs all) by holding down modifier keys
  • Images can be linked to or carried along in several ways (embbeded in the file, in an external folder, zip file). Keynote now comes with an Internal viewer (or use custom viewer instead, via portable path in keynote.ini)
The developer is currently writing a help file that will cover the new features.
Many things are easier to use:
  • The search function was overhauled, results list received a facelift.
  • Zooming in and out can be global or local for current note only. A default zoom can be set to take effect upon startup.
  • Background color can be changed for all nodes at once.
  • Links are now easy to edit. Their click behavior has many options:

Today the developer also released a ZIP file:
https://github.com/dpradov/keynote-nf/r ... .8.3.1.zip
I recommend using the installer (kntSetup), but in case someone cannot run that EXE file (perhaps on work computer), I have uploaded the resulting files of a full installation as a ZIP archive."

Important bug which will be fixed later today.

https://github.com/dpradov/keynote-nf/issues/641
MPORTANT!!: Alarms and Images can be removed from .knt file if it is saved after some actions
