The version number hasn't changed, but various subtle improvements were made including improved external text file reading/writing and printing/print previewing.

Changes:
* improved printing
* cards can be mapped to a hotkey with Alt+# and activated with Ctrl+#
* data files are in UTF-8 format
* a preferences dialog replaced the options menu
