They haven't updated the portable build yet. It's still 2.09.600 from June 25. If you don't want to wait, you can extract the executable from the normal build with UniExtract.

I hadn't tested the link to see if the portable build was updated yet or not. I just made my own portable version of the app and added a launcher that is written in NSIS so it works with my PortableApps.com Menu.
