This link is to the full version, which includes MPlayer (the latest svn snapshots, according to the MPlayerGUI developer) and codecs for win32. There's also a lite version that doesn't include MPlayer or codecs.
It's currently at version 0.5.03, which lists just cosmetic improvements, but the 0.4.52 release included quite a few changes:
* Drag and Drop arrangement in Play List
* User can drop multiple files to Play List
* Flickless Progress bar
* Added a Repeat Button on Toolbar
* Rearranged Toolbar Buttons
* User can choose MPlayer Binary file now, not just path
* Video Settings Page
* Subtitles will be loaded for sure
* Some other minor fixes/improvements/changes
Sorry I posted this in the comments on the page for MPlayerGUI. I realized after that there was probably somewhere to do it in the forums. I LOVE the site, and I registered because I figured it was time to get a little more involved.
