Version 1.9 available.

There is now two versions of CDisplayEx for Windows 32bits and 64bits.
The shell extention that display Comic Thumbs in Explorer is now also working on Windows 64bit.
The program is now able to read .webp image files, the webp images are smaller than jpeg for the same quality.
The zoom level stay unmodified when changing pages.
Fixed some navigation bugs.
Russian language.
