TORCS is at v.1.33.

It seems that the installer can not be extracted anymore. Should the entry be updated?

The same inability to extract the installer exists in Speed Dreams, a fork of The Open Racing Car Simulator.

Just wanted to add a link to the official entry. I haven't used this program (and due to a slow system really can't use it) so its difficult for me to comment on how the entry should be modified.
