Thanks again guiness, very kind of you.
You really do have enough patience for both of us and manners for both of you.

I did a double-take on that too!
I think GeddichNixan meant that guinness' replies exhibit both the politeness that seems to be lacking in the OP's phrasing as well as the patience that would be lacking from G.N.'s own response.
Not entirely sure I understood the OP's initial question, but this may be something easily handled by a batch file... Hey, "when you're a carpenter, [it seems like] everything needs a hammer" - or something like that!

I'm still out on this one as I don't know what file is left behind or why you would want it to go to recycle bin.
But if you want to delete a file in FlashCookiesView to recycle bin, I guess you could highlight the file and tap F8
on your keyboard (Open Folder Of Selected Cookie) then right click and delete from there.

"that file that it leaves behind" - I thought he was talking about the settings file! Just goes to show: Jckinnick, we're not entirely sure what you meant...

I think he means the .cfg file too, but can't see why anyone would need to delete it.
@Jckinnick: Create a file called FlashCookiesView.bat then add the following...
When you wish to launch FlashCookiesView.exe select the batch file.

Code: Select all
@echo off
START /wait FlashCookiesView.exe
DEL FlashCookiesView.cfg
