Any Volume Booster?

My laptop speakers have some issues, and the sound that is coming from the speakers is very low.

I tried to clean of the speakers, but the sound is still very low. Is there any way to increase the volume of the speaker?

Not making any promises, but you could try ViPER4Windows -- it's a must have for me on Android for the same reason but YMMV...
