Pazera MP4 to AVI converter issue

Whenever i try to convert to AVI using this program it says codec frame rate differs from container frame rate.
Can anyone help or understand the problem pls?

What is the frame rate per second (FPS) of your video file?

Play .mp4 video file with (Media Player Classic) or (mplayer2.exe) [C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\mplayer2.exe]
File > Properties > Details

or use "DP MediaInfo" http://www.paehl.de/english.php portable

If it's sonething strange (19 FPS or somethimg) you may have to change the FPS setting from "Auto" to a slightly higher frame rate (FPS)

It also says can't find file.
