Thanks for posting, but this functionality is present in RBTray and its GPL'd ... is this one better?

That's right webfork, they are very similar in functionality, size, and the use of system resources. Minimizer, however, has a System Tray icon and you can add icons of minimized windows to the Tray area (default) or choose not to show the icons.

I can't test Minimizer on Vista/7 though.

Just discovered that if you choose not to show the icons of minimized windows, Minimizer will write to the registry @ [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Medvedik\Notify Minimizer]
"dontaddtrayicons"=dword:00000001 but if you choose to add tray icons again, the registry key will be deleted. Odd.

Will contact the author.

I use RBTray daily and yeah that's pretty annoying that option isn't available.
