Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Download installer @ http://www.anthemion.co.uk/ecub/eCub-1.11-Setup.exe and uniextract. The application files are in the {app} folder. Launch ecub.exe and switch to portable mode (preferference tab).

1. Creates an empty folder in C:\Documents\Writer's Cafe Documents. Anyone knows how to fix/change this?
2. There is also a PortableApps.com version available @ http://www.anthemion.co.uk/ecub/eCub_Po ... 11.paf.exe

Very good to have an e-reader writer. For reference, the Wikipedia page says that this format is supported on almost all the e-reader programs/phones out there: Symbian, Windows Mobile, Palm OS, webOS, Java ME, BlackBerry, Psion, Kindle and iLiad.

And there is a Mobipocket reader for android. Actually, I've already tested 10 great e-reader programs out for Android already and I'm sure at least one of them reads this format.

Good add.

Which format are you referring to? ePub or mobi?

Old thread update:

As far as I can tell, the developer no longer mentions anything about "eCub" on his site.
