Belatedly noticed Robin Keir's tiny stopwatch utility Timer had already been suggested by and0629 (way back when in Nov 2006),
then posted to the DB as a "Private entry" by Andrew Lee and recently updated by Checker on May 9th, 2013.

Timer looks like a credible alternative to other stopwatch progams (such as OnlyStopWatch, for instance), for its diminutive size (8k!) and unobstrusive screen footprint.

Currently listed with 5 points.

Any more potential voters who deem Timer worthy of a gentle push towards general-public notoriety ?...

BTW: Timer was a longtime part of the "public" database. It was entered by Andrew as "admin" (formerly 10 voting points). It returned to "private" as Andrew stopped admin-support. This reduced the points from "admin 10" to "Andrew Lee 5".
