There is an update available for BonkEnc, version 1.0 RC2.

http://www.bonkenc.org

It appears to only write a "config.xml" file to the application folder.

As this last release seems to be considered as a stable one, I thought it was good to update the TPFC Database.

Thanks!

BonkEnc v1.0.5

#12 Post by enzo »

I just published the BonkEnc v1.0.5 release.

It comes with many encoder/decoder updates and fixes some freedb/CDDB issues.

A new feature that might be interesting for you is the possibility to use the <installdrive> pattern in the output directory name. <installdrive> always resolves to the drive BonkEnc.exe is on.

That way, if you run BonkEnc from an USB-Stick, you can make sure your encoded files are always written to the stick even if the drive letter changes on different PCs.

Just use an output directory name like <installdrive>\Music .
