OpenSong is a free, open-source software application created to manage lyrics, chords, lead sheets, overheads, computer projection, and more. OpenSong releases are available for Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux operating systems.

Uniextract. Application files are in {app} folder.

Settigs: Application folder

Writes preferences.plist file in AppData\Roaming\OpenSong

OpenSong is portable and stealth- don't extract the installer (extraction will break portability) but run it and select Portable Installation:

All settings are saved in Settings sub-folder:

Nice find. I can't really test it further but, for its specificity, OpenSong surely deserves an entry into TPFC's database.
