OpenPuff and MultiObfuscator

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

This is released under Creative Commons. I'm glad they opened the code but that isn't a software license. I've (tried to) contact the dev.

Also I finally had a reason to test this (which is why I noticed this) and found the program very difficult to use.

It appears OpenPuff official freeware download has vanished from our database source.

Andrew was kind enough to supply an alternative download for v4.00 -- but as my government ISP was blocking PacketStorm as a malware source, I took the liberty of mirroring it (untouched) to https://mir.cr/05EYEMXF ...
