Nope, the criteria was that anyone who's join for >= 1 week can add an entry.

Only R1 and above can edit an entry.

The idea was that some people register as member simply to suggest an app (by posting to the submission forum), so we might as well let them add directly to the database.

I don't see the issue here. The entry is private. It will likely remain private. Isn't the system working as intended?

If that entry gets out it could destroy us all!
