Normally when I really consider a .NET Application, I use the "is there an alternative non-.NET Application available." I believe the applications you have added which are .NET are Portable. But for example Transmute was/is unique in that there was/is no alternative application of it's kind.

I think the .NET Applications you have added will have to be discussed a little more in depth. Because you have a good track record of adding Portable Applications.
