Hello!

I'm Submiting DBDesigner 4

I find This program and it seems great to use with Database Servers and it seems do work portably.

This is Open Source.

It has a setup download and a Zip file, so i think the option with the zip file is to be portable.

It seems to be a great designing tool for any database project.

Really nice-looking DB designer, but can't find a way to make it write settings to the app folder instead of the user profile folder.
