Do You Like CCleaner, Defraggler And Recuva Then...

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Speccy is now out of beta. It has the option for saving to ini now.

There are two ways to enable this
1) Before opening Speccy for the first time create a blank text file called speccy.ini

or

2) Before changing any settings go to View>options and place a checkmark in ini settings. Reg setting are not written until exit

3) the inclusion of Portable.dat (text file containing only the phrase #PORTABLE# with no hard return) will force ini setting

Who knew this day would be upon us, but CCleaner will be turning V3 and Defraggler to V2. It seems a native x64 EXE for CCleaner and an improved GUI is in the works.
For those of us who can remember when CCleaner V2 Final was released, here's a post to jog your memory. :)
CCleaner v3.0
- Native 64-bit EXE
- GUI Redesign

Defraggler v2.0
- Boot-time Defrag
- Drive map Redesign

This might be integrated into the installed version!

So Defraggler V2.0 Beta has been released, but only the installed version is available. But all is not lost, install the installer and place Defraggler.exe, which is located in %PROGRAMFILES% in the same location as your Portable Version of Defraggler (but make sure you back up!) Uninstall once finished.

Note: Remember this is Beta so expect problems to arise and I haven't been specific in extracting because I am expecting advanced users to try the Beta!
