Thanks a lot for the info!

To have ZSoft Uninstaller Portable now is very good. Tried it and in this latest version it has a lot of improvements.

[Moving away from my previous post (thanks Baas).]

This program combines an uninstall program with a registry checking system, and its a good marriage as an uninstall that watches what you put on your computer ahead of time is going to uninstall it more effectively later. Revo, while very badass, basically has to rely on a search method that might miss something.

However, I have my doubts about ZSoft: it seems very important not to have anything running when you create a profile. This is intuitive to people here in the forums, but there's nothing in the program warning users about that. The log file it generates includes ALL system changes that happen during the analysis (including background stuff that has nothing to do with the install). I think this could be a problem, but the only review I could find doesn't mention anything about this.

That minor issue aside, this program could (for me) sit next to Revo as the best portable uninstaller.

Just a quick update that this program is still one of my most-used programs. I'll try to add it to the database along with several others in the queue.
