There are many programs to listen to radio, but this has features that make it special:
Fully accessible database of stations.
You can add new stations very easily.
Configurable interface by the user thanks to their masks.
Activation-deactivation of parts of the graphic interface.
Filtering stations by language.
6 memories for quick access.
Translated into 7 languages.
Programming for automatic recording of programs.
Minimum consumption of resources of your PC.
Nearly 3000 pre-set stations.
Receive news briefs and RSS
Radio formats supported: MP1, MP2, MP3, WAV, ASX, M3U, WMA
Extract the installer with 7zip (or Uniextract). Delete the _$_INSTALLER_Data_2676263_$_
Before launching the program, edit memorias.cfg
and change idioma=español
or other of the available languages.
1) Not stealth:
Window position is saved to the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ReDan Radio
2) The program opens your browser to go home on first startup, and it seems there's no way to change it.
3) The number of languages available to classify and add the stations is limited and it seems hardcoded, but there's a "Personal" option.
4) You can choose between only 11 news channels, which makes this feature unusable for the vast majority of the users.
5) The english translation has a few errors that can't be corrected.
6) No hotkeys support.
Although I found this app some months ago, I didn't submit it for the reasons mentioned above. But with the situation of Tapin Radio, perhaps someone find it useful.
