Got it to work with XP after playing around with it. The Options for setting file paths didn't show up at first. I relaunched it a couple of times before the file paths settings for NirSoft and SysInternals appeared. Worked fine after that. An issue with version 3.0.1.0 is that it uses more resources than ver 2.5.10. Ver 2.5.10 is also noticeably more responsive, starts faster, shuts down faster too.
Ver 3.0.1.0 in MB:
RAM - 42
Pk RAM - 43
VM - 35
Ver 2.5.1.0 in MB:
RAM - 13
Pk RAM - 21

Re: Windows System Control Center
Would be really nice to have a command line switch on it to just update files and exit, so this could be scheduled.
I've suggested this ages ago and got no reply from them.

Re: Windows System Control Center
Any way to have WSCC list available programs in their respective categories without downloading all of them?
Re: Windows System Control Center
When you scan for updates it shows the "Author" and some related information and a checkbox is present so you can de-select items for update but I don't see any way of listing according to categories.
