From the developer of Database .NET comes a program who's features are ... extensive. Its rare that I test a program that's basically an onion with more and more capabilities. I'm sure something's missing from the list below, and not for lack of trying.

Status: appears to be portable, writing to Capture.xml. Using what I assume is dark magic from beyond our universe, the program only takes up 1.3 megs.
