SysGauge Portable

A system monitor that's well beyond just a processor and disk check. This has a customizable views, logs, notifications, rules ("conditional actions", and different visualizations. It's pretty fantastic for both diagnostics and (like my machine) runaway, battery-eating processes by some very stupid software.
The Show Counter Lists and All Charts view is ... well, it's not okay that I didn't have this before now.
Status: There's a "portable" version but it writes settings to Appdata\Local\Temp\sysgauge.flx
License: Not sure. Freeware with a buy option? Dev contacted.
