ProjectLibre - open Microsoft Project alternative

Synopsis: An updated version of OpenProj, which is no longer maintained/supported and didn't work with recent MS Project files.

Notes: The other day I needed to view a Microsoft Project file and this saved me.  The spreadsheet export view is hard to read and even a basic, old copy of Microsoft Project isn't cheap (minimum US$300).

• Mostly supports drag-and-drop interface settings.  There's some oddities but it's really nice to have.
• The PDF export alone could be an entire program all by itself.

Portability: doesn't appear to save any settings. Didn't test stealth status.

v1.6 is out ... no changelog so I'm not sure what this does.

Some additional items for if this ever gets added to the site:

Steps:

1. Download the ZIP distribution.
   http://sourceforge.net/projects/project ... Libre/1.6/
2. Extract to a folder of your choice
3. Launch projectlibre.bat

Note that two windows will open up - one of them a command-line view. Unfortunately you can't close this or the rest of the program shuts down. I use Minime to hide it.
