Portable Ruby

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Too late for me to test the portability (changes in the registry) because I am already running it.
I should have thought of this before!

Saves settings to AppData, as far as I can test it.
