Z-WAMP (portable WAMP server stack)

I haven't got much to add to
Z-WAMP website blurb below, apart from the fact that it is available for 32 and 64 bits Windows and that I haven't tested its portability.

The 64 bit version is 38.7 megs compressed. They don't appear to have an x86 version of the 2.2.1 release.
