eqtabla: another (multilngual) portable periodic table

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

EQTabla: Very small, portable periodic table, though it is 'postcardware'

It works in the line of 'Periodic Table Classic' but more 'slim' (less than 500Kb), help, calculator and several languages included.

It seems clean, Regseeker only render information about download folder and where it was executed. I would like someone to test if it can be considered portable.

And this Periodic Library - http://www.boolean.ca/perlib/ - has some more features, is a bit old-fashioned (1997) and seems to be portable.
