Outside In Viewer Technology is a software development kit (SDK) that enables file viewing, printing, and copy/paste functionality of over 500 file formats.
Full list of formats - http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middl ... 133032.pdf
Freeware (OTN License - http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/licen ... 52015.html)
For download you must accept license and register (bugmenot.com help you, search for https://login.oracle.com)
x86-32 - http://download.oracle.com/otn/outsidei ... x86-32.zip
x86-64 - http://download.oracle.com/otn/outsidei ... x86-64.zip
(Approx. 20 MB)
You only need all files from redist folder and some file from sdk\demo folder to run (e.g. welcome.exe), copy them anywhere and launch
Portable, not stealth, create empty .oit folder in APPDATA, previous versions save settings in that folder but current version not save settings anywhere

Curses. Oracle! Ah well, I gotta check this out. I've been interested in file viewers ever since I found that Universal Viewer was WAY behind XnView and LibreOffice in file formats.

Edit: Steps I followed

* Get a fake account from bugmenot.com
* Go to http://www.oracle.com/index.html and log in (at top of page)
* Visit the software page at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middl ... 96471.html and accept the license
* Click on accept license agreement
* Click on Windows (x86-32)

Nothing happens. The heck?
