I managed to reduce the original uncompressed file created with APNG Anime Maker from 310.112 to only 73.124 Bytes with PNGOptimizer.

Reduced to 63 021 with APNG Optimizer + defluff

FYI, the first location -- in Russian only -- has a full repository of Bootice versions readily available for download (and that's where the Softpedia file comes from, apparently). The second only has v1.3.4.0, the last released version, dated from 2016-06-17.
