Didn't have APNG Anime Maker on my system. Will give it a test spin.

As noted by zorro, website (ipauly.com) is down.
Forum is still there, but can't download anything, because it require registration (I think?). Somebody want to register on that Chinese forum?
So, linked to Softpedia.

Marginally related, but for anyone working with BOOTICE (or any similar partition manager), the following comprehensive list of partition types (last update: 2015-09-24) might prove really handy -- e.g., it allowed me to stop Windows from repeatedly nagging to format a Linux pendrive by setting its absent ID to 83...

Mine's downlaoded from Softpedia when the website went down, and the sha1sum matches yours for both EXEs.

Quick note with a couple of (unchecked!) download links, now that the official Bootice site is gone:

FYI, the first location -- in Russian only -- has a full repository of Bootice versions readily available for download (and that's where the Softpedia file comes from, apparently). The second only has v1.3.4.0, the last released version, dated from 2016-06-17.
