This looks to be an interface to the cdrdao program.
It's one of the few freeware that I've found to be able to copy CDs.

Dependency Walker shows that it depends on the kernel and VB libraries.
It seems to store settings in an ini file located in the program directory.

external programs like cdrdao are installed together with the main program in a subfolder. Convenient.

I've been using this app lately. not because it is or isn't portable, but it just makes burning simple :P It's a whole lot faster than Nero ;)
