Are we doing anything illegal in creating this software, naw because all the tones come from other sites. . . not that we have control over whether they are providing them legally or not, nor does our software (so it seems) say which sites what ringtones come from . . . what could go wrong?

Yeah can't find any entry on Brothersoft or Softonic, much less some kind of award.

I wouldn't go near this program. Adding note to the top of the thread.

You should really look into nobody3000's submissions (9 in total). All seem to be related to the same organization (simple whois query). One even made it to the database. There was an issue of fake award before and most of the submitted applications are for downloading stuff from the Internet.
