It seems that the developer of EditBone got the job since there haven't been any updates for quite some time. By the way I like EditBone a lot and wonder whether someone would add it to the database.

+1 Why don't you add it?

If it had a spell checker, I would use this as my everyday text editor.

Fantastic editor for source, like it. That is it, notepad++ will go second place for me now. Was waiting for a more faster editor like this one. Thank for adding it to the database.

EditBone is no more stealth ;-)

Btw. the entry should be changed - since Version 10 EditBone is no more stealth. Existing EdiBone.ini (and EditBone.out) are moved to AppData/EditBone on first start and remain there after closing.

EditBone (at least version 12.0.1) is no longer portable, it writes to AppData (C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\EditBone) creating EditBone.ini and EditBone.out files there. I have already down-voted it. For me the last usable version is 9.3.4. Even if EditBone was still portable I wouldn't have updated because of the abominable GUI.

Edit
When I tried to use my old INI file EditBone crashed spectacularly. When I tried to cut the files from AppData they were automatically moved back there.

Confirmed, thanks. I tried a bunch of tricks to get it back into portable status but without success. Added a note to the entry.

I don't have strong feelings about the user interface :)

May be it's have something to do with this?

From changelog of version 12.0.0:
Added -appinipath application parameter

I tested EditBone with the -appinipath switch. With it, EditBone is portable and saves preferences in its own folder. :)

However, it's not stealth: it creates the configuration files in %LOCALAPPDATA% as well.

I edited the entry accordingly.
