An in depth junk file remover better then Ccleaner. System Ninja lets you select multiple drives. Also gives you specs on your system like Mother board, CPu, Video card, ram etc. Also it's own system tools, uninstaller, file analyzer. One click clean and tune up. Comes portable from Singularlabs, just not sure if stealth.
