Ugh, Install it (in sandboxie if you want lol) then copy installation folder and you can uninstall it.
Don't know how else to get the files out of installer, but once you have it, it runs portablely
Universal extractor wont put things in right places so it wont work.
You'll probably need admin rights for this, I didnt test on an account without admin rights.
My opinion of it is it isnt all that useful but I don't really understand ports
so someone else might like this more than me
