Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Clip Plus is a comprehensive clipboard manager from Crystal Office Systems.
Free Tools HomePage with Clip Plus: http://www.crystaloffice.com/extra.html
Download: http://crystaloffice.com/clbplus.exe (6.9 MB - Ver. 4.7 - Oct 2016)

Clip Plus is a simple-in-use clipboard manager with a handy and powerful set of
features. The well designed, clear interface makes it an ideal for new users.
It may be very useful, everyday tool for advanced and professional users.

This application offers the possibility to store different "clips": text (txt and rtf)
and images (jpg and png). Clipboard entries (clips) may be assigned to different
categories. Clipboard monitoring and data registration may be easy on/off.
Clip Plus gives the possibility to print, transfer and export recorded data.

Portability: Clip Plus may be working from external (like USB) disk with empty
file portable.flag into Clip Plus folder, beside files copied from typical setup.

Clip Plus runs on (this is a quotation from Softpedia):
Windows 2K / Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows Vista 64 bit /
Windows 7 / Windows 7 64 bit / Windows 8 / Windows 8 64 bit /
Windows 2003 / Windows 2008 / Windows 2008 64 bit / Windows 2008 R2 /
Windows Server 2012 / Windows 10 / Windows 10 64 bit.

Softpedia lists the program as freeware (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Office-too ... Plus.shtml) but there's a buy option on the page. Do you have any idea what that is?

Clip Plus was a commercial product but version 4.7 (released on 2016.09.14) was released as freeware. Apparently the developers changed their mind again and switched back to commercial license at version 5.0 (released on 2017.03.09).

The installer can be extracted and the program can be run in portable mode- rename "_portable.flag" to "portable.flag":

Code: Select all

Rename this file to "portable.flag" in order to start the software in portable mode.
So Clip Plus seems to be portable and stealth but I did not like the program- it offers a humble set of features and it does not provide automatic pasting.

Note
The freeware version is not recorded in the change log but information about this version (4.7) can be found at Softpedia change log.
In my opinion it is not worth even testing this commercial clipboard manager- there are far better freeware and open source alternatives to Clip Plus.
